You may choose to use a Buyers Agent simply to bid at auction on your behalf, or you may have already found the right property and you need someone to negotiate for you. You may even choose to use a Buyers Agent to help you with the entire buying process - from start to bought.
If this is the case, a Buyers Agent will help you source properties, present a shortlist of the ones that meet your criteria, and either go with you to look through the property or take you through a virtual inspection. When you find the right home, they will then work hard to negotiate the best price for you to secure the property.
