    Alicia is a Class 1 Licence Holder and an experienced buyers agent, property investor and property specialist who understands that every purchase represents a significant financial decision.

    Having worked with homeowners, investors and business owners, Alicia brings a strategic approach to property acquisition, combining market research, negotiation expertise and personalised guidance.As an expert negotiator and property investor herself, she works with a strong network of Agents to help Buyers buy property quicker, and for less. These relationships allow her to be aware of properties before they come on to the market, providing Buyers with an advantage they may not have had if they were buying on their own.

    Alicia understands that when you buy a property on behalf of someone, an enormous amount of trust is being placed in your hands and the assistance you provide to them can have a lasting impact on their life.

    She also has a knack for simplifying the sales process to make it easy for anyone to understand and has written a number of books for the corporate and real estate sectors. In her spare time she teaches real estate and writes training material for the real estate industry.
