The biggest point of difference is that when you engage me to work with you is that you will be dealing with me 100% of the time - from answering the initial call, regular reporting, suburb reports, updates, organising the pest and building inspections - right through to when I hand you the keys to your new home. You’ll be treated like the VIP that you are and will only deal with me on an exclusive basis.
You won’t be passed on to a junior assistant and I definitely won’t take on two clients with the same brief at the same time.

DIRECTOR & BUYERS AGENT
Alicia is a Licensee and Class 1 Licence Holder. She is an independent Buyers Agent who helps busy professionals and interstate investors buy a property with minimal fuss and no stress.
As an expert negotiator and property investor herself, she works with a strong network of Agents to help Buyers buy property quicker, and for less. These relationships allow her to be aware of properties before they come on to the market, providing Buyers with an advantage they may not have had if they were buying on their own.
Alicia understands that when you buy a property on behalf of someone, an enormous amount of trust is being placed in your hands and the assistance you provide to them can have a lasting impact on their life.
She also has a knack for simplifying the sales process to make it easy for anyone to understand and has written a number of books for the corporate and real estate sectors. In her spare time she teaches real estate and writes training material for the real estate industry.

Richard is a Class 2 Licence Holder and has worked for corporate companies throughout Europe and within Australia.
He works hard behind the scenes to make sure everything is running smoothy in our Property Management division.
Richard knows how to apply legislation practically to sales and property management transactions and also enjoys writing technical and complex training material for real estate.

CHIEF WELLNESS OFFICER & ENTERTAINMENT DIRECTOR
Pinky is our Chief Wellness Officer, offering love, hugs and cuddles to ensure the team stays calm and happy.
Zumba is the Director of Entertainment, making sure everyone has a bit of a laugh during the day. Both of these staff members offer much positivity and happiness in the workplace making them our most valued employees.
