You will have a dedicated Buyers Agent working with you every step of the way.

This Package offers:

• Access to off-market and pre-market listings (unlimited)

• Search and find off-market and pre-market homes that meet your requirements (unlimited)

• Provide a shortlist of suitable properties - all suitable homes will be sent to you for consideration

• Comparative Market Analysis and ongoing suburb reports for any areas or properties you are interested in

• Negotiation for the property you would like to secure (up to a maximum of 3 properties)

• Note that with the Hybrid Package you self-inspect the shortlisted properties we provide to you and the negotiation component can still apply to properties that you source yourself.
