Hello! I'm Alicia and I'm a Buyers Agent that loves to work with people to help them realise their dream of home ownership by creating a positive buying experience. Real Estate was not something I just ‘fell into’. After spending years looking at real estate listings in my spare time, understanding the market and getting to really understand the industry as best as I could, in early 2018 I made the conscious decision to open my own Agency - because what had begun as a hobby, became a calling and eventually a career.

With a strong background in real estate sales, it soon became apparent that my affinity and empathy was with the Buyers and so the transition to become a Buyers Agent made total sense.

My personalised and exclusive service always comes with a warm smile and empathy for your individual buying situation because I understand that every property purchase is unique to the people involved in each transaction.

Buying Commercial Property from SMSF?

In June 2026 the federal government announced changes to how you can invest your self managed super funds (SMSF).

While it is no longer possible to buy residential property from your SMSF, you can still get all the original benefits if you buy a commercial property
