We love going to open homes and today was no different! A lovely autumn day out and plenty on offer to look at for our clients.

Currently we are working with four clients, specs below:

Buyer Spec 1: Looking for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with lock up garage in North Parramatta. Will also consider a spacious two bedroom unit in the same area or close to Parramatta CBD

Buyer Spec 2: Looking for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa or townhouse in Baulkham Hills, Castle Hill or Bella Vista areas - prefer single level but will consider double storey with safe stairs

Buyer Spec 3: Looking for a large single level home with 4 - 5 bedrooms, at least 3 living spaces and triple lock up garage. Ideal areas are Kellyville, Beaumont Hills or Bella Vista

Buyer Spec 4: Looking for a 3 bedroom single level villa or freestanding house with 2 bathrooms in North Ryde, Ryde or Gladesville areas
