Their fees are exuberant and the more they spend on a property the more they get paid - we only charge a fixed fee so you will always know what you are up for right from the beginning. We don’t charge any more at any time, and only charge one retainer (some Buyers Agents charge more after viewing a certain number of properties, so make sure that you check this before you sign up with anyone). We are with you for the whole duration of your search
They are aligned to selling Agents and they get kickbacks all the time - we are completely independent and do not accept any commissions or kickbacks from selling Agents
They don’t have ‘real’ Real Estate experience or expertise - some Buyers Agents do the course and start working as a Buyers Agent the following week. They have no better access to properties than you do on www.realestate.com.au or www.domain.com.au - as a Buyers Agent we get access to off-market and pre-market homes, but we also hear of people wanting to sell sometimes before a selling Agent does! We can get you access to true off-market homes!
