The Investment Property Hunter Package is a collaborative effort between the Investor and Buyers Agent, highlighting the active role that the Investor plays in finding their dream home while receiving ongoing guidance and full support from the Buyers Agent.

You will have a dedicated Buyers Agent working with you every step of the way.

This Package offers:

• Full research Australia wide to determine suitable areas for investment based on your specific requirements

• Access to off-market and pre-market listings

• Locate homes that meet your requirements

• Provide a shortlist of suitable properties - all suitable homes will be sent to you for consideration

• Rental Comparative Market Analysis and ongoing suburb reports for any areas or properties you are interested in

• Comparison reports of up to 5 suburbs at a time to benchmark the rental yield and growth of each suburb

• Negotiation for the property you would like to secure (up to a maximum of 3 properties)

• Note that with the Investment Property Hunter Package you self-inspect the shortlisted properties personally or via zoom through the listing Agent

• Once a property has been secured, we will interview 3 local Property Managers, negotiate the absolute best management fee on your behalf and recommend the best one to manage your property

• Conduct a thorough property audit to ensure you are receiving the best and current market rent

• Yearly Rental CMA Reports and suburb updates after you purchase
